  Moved here from Chicago and they were referred to us. They have been great since day one. They have taken the time to explain things to me when I just dont understand about the policy differences, they respond to emails quickly, they answer phones and they just do a great job! They have always made efforts to find me the best policy's for the least expensive amount and provides choices. I have always worked with Kim and Chelsea. Both of them are very smart, very professional and never once made me feel stupid which is how I feel when it comes to insurance! 10 days ago we were surprised by hurricane Sally and they have been totally there for us.

  Great experience. Anthony Arnold is the best. He walked us through getting homeowner's insurance and we don't have an easy situation with our house. It was so much easier than I thought thanks to Anthony and Kristi Meyers who handled the actual binder, etc. Anthony gave us very good advice, was always quick to respond to my questions and just made it all go smoothly. I'm paying less than half of my previous premium and have more coverage. I'm very happy.
