I moved to Manatee County during my elementary school years, graduated from Bradenton Christian (BCS) and proud to say my kids are following in my legacy and attended BSC as well. - SMSam MugnoloAug 22, 20251.00 customer service skills. Been using their services for 18 months. Their reps are an embarrassment and don’t care if they lose your business or not. Do not use. Not only do they have terrible customer service. Now they wish to slander me in their response. Wow! Impressive. I worked with one agent for a whole year. He called me about everything on my policy and WAS great. When I purchased my policy I was extremely clear only wanted to deal with one person. Then all of a sudden he can’t ever come to the phone. This was not what I agreed upon with Nick. The other extremely rude male representative I spoke with put words in my mouth and quoted me to say I wouldn’t do business with a woman. What a joke. I didn’t want to talk to this other guy either. Now you continue to make things up. Pathetic. For the record the next business I called I dealt with a very pleasant woman and who will be my new agent. You all are terrible. All this could have been resolved by one 5 minute phone call from Nick. Plain and simple.
