  Direct Auto Insurance has had the best rates in all my years of driving. The customer service is impeccable. I am fortunate to have my own agent, Jessica Brown who is phenomenal at her job extremely knowledgeable, always available, and takes care of my needs promptly! I switched 2 years ago and hav been so pleased with Jessica Brown and Direct Auto Insurance!

  I had the best experience today with Direct Auto Insurance. I was having such a hard and difficult time finding the best insurance for my vehicle that was affordable and offered the best services until I went to direct auto insurance Jessica Brown gave me the best costumer service experience I’ve had in a long time she had no problem giving me my quote it was affordable and it offered exactly what I needed for my vehicle . She was very sweet and determined to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for when nobody else was able to help and give the best results Jessica Brown came in saved the day for me and I’m very thankful for that . Thank you Direct Auto Insurance for having wonderful customer service and co workers who go out there way to make sure you have the best insurance there is that’s best for you .

  Working with Frances was such a smooth experience. She made something that usually feels overwhelming feel simple and manageable. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and I always felt like a priority. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely caring, but they truly are.   Direct Auto is such an amazing place and felt like home immediately when I walked in, I was greeted with a beautiful smile that followed with a welcome! Jessica Brown did an amazing job with being patient with me as this was my first time getting insured. She asked all the right questions and made sure I understood everything far as my policy and anything else! I highly highly recommend Direct Auto as your insurance. I loved my experience!
