Because of a mistake she made ( girl with glasses), I was supposed to receive a refund, but the amount was never returned to me. I contacted the supervisor by email, and although I was promised that the issue would be investigated, I have been completely ignored since then. There has been no follow-up, no update, and no attempt to resolve the problem. Based on my experience, I do not recommend dealing with this company. I am planning to take legal action to recover my rights.
