  Baytown insurance has always been there for us. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. And take care of any concerns we have in a timely manner.

  To start, my initial experience with Kory at Allstate was great. Unfortunately, everything after that was disappointing. First, I discovered that Allstate no longer offers business insurance like it once did, nor do they endorse business disclosure options. After canceling my policy, I also found that many other companies offered me significantly more coverage at a much lower price. The Drivewise app was another frustration—it sends far too many push notifications. On top of that, dealing with Allstate outside of my local agent was very difficult. Calls after hours get routed to a call center, where background noise and communication issues made it nearly impossible to get anything resolved. Another major drawback: if anything needs to be changed on your policy (outside of a claim), only your originating agent can handle it. If that agent is on vacation, no one else—even in the same office—can assist. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Overall, I found Allstate to be difficult to work with, overly complicated, and higher priced compared to other providers. In the end, I switched to Progressive and have had a much better experience—great value, easier to deal with, and far more straightforward.

  Very easy and pleasant to work with. Been with Allstate for many years. Some advertisements say you can reduce your payments by switching to others, but it doesn't always take in consideration the complete coverage you may want or need, and ends up coming out the same or more expensive. So why not stay with someone you trust, and avoid the frustration.

  Always a nice experience here. Food is always good. Server was very polite. Very friendly. Even after experiencing a long day of her own.
