  NOT AT ALL HAPPY with this agency. Been with them for a few years. Asked for several quotes on policy renewals and additional ones. They neglected to inform me that an elevation test might reduce my annual premium. Their well rated competitor got me a liability policy for less than 1/3 their price. My flood price was $1100 less with a competitor so bottom line their pricing was "THOUSANDS" more than other companies. I guess honest, and reliable pricing is less off a concern than getting higher commissions. And then the owner puts my call on mute during our phone call and when I thought he had hung up, I told the agent with the other company, horrible service while he (he owner of the agency) was evesdroping. Egregious way to do business. I'm glad I found this in advance and went elsewhere. This is my opinion as I NEVER got a personal phone call back for an HONEST esplanation. I' m done here.

  Mr. Scheller was very helpful and carefully took his time and listened to me and gave very wise and professional advice. He is the best person you can find to help you with any insurance. The office staff is the best I have experienced. Judy, every time, has been going the extra mile and has a smile and good cheer - a delightful person.

  Every time I reached out to Allstate I alway had a very good experience and always got great result my agency help me with all my issue no matter how small it is. whether I email them are call it like I'm they 1 job a very good experience they are the best
