However when I called to cancel the policy because I moved out of state and no longer need it their services she was not so helpful anymore. Refuse to cancel though I verbally requested several times. I had to send an email. Also when there was a billing question after the fact she never returned any of my calls or emails, until I left a final message stating I would have to call corporate to resolve the issue if she would not return, which she quickly then returned. Just the facts no personal opinions. Decide for yourself where to go.
