- VMVarty Rose M-KMar 6, 20231.0Horribly bad customer service provided by Jacqueline at Alan Everton. Never has she proactively contacted me about changes to my policies. Recently my homeowners insurance policy was cancelled because UPC went out of business. Alan Everton's office knew about it but they didn't let any of their customer know until we received a letter from UPC one month after the cancellation date and Slide saying they had taken over all the policies. This office is not responsive, or proactive and they simply don't care about their customers. Do not use them!!
