They’re quick to collect premiums but completely absent when it comes to representing or supporting the customer. It’s clear they work for the insurance company, not the insured. I received an “urgent” message from someone named Gloria asking me to call. When I did, I was given the runaround with no real answers. Gloria was incredibly rude, constantly speaking over me and dismissive of my concerns. There was zero follow-up, zero advocacy, and zero accountability. If you’re looking for real support during a claim, look elsewhere. I do not recommend this company at all.

Allstate was able, through their Castle Key company, provide me with the best rate for my home and incorporate my auto insurance for a bundled discount. Each year my representative Gloria Torres provides me with updates on coverage and finds the best possible rate available prior to renewal. My concerns are always answered in a timely matter and I would highly recommend this team of professionals to help anyone looking for coverage. If they can help you, I know they will do their utmost to provide the best service possible in this tough Florida market.
