- FJFrancheska JApr 20, 20261.0I talked to Hannah (who was very rude and unprofessional) because I saw a charge on my account that I did not understand. She gave me a generic explanation that didn’t make sense to me. I told her I didn’t understand it and wanted a better explanation. She said those are the charges and there’s nothing she can do. She told me that if I don’t like it I can shop around for another insurance, and that’s exactly what I did!
