  If you want a local agent who actually cares and takes the time to review your personal and family needs then this is the place. The entire staff is professional, kind, and very responsive whenever you have a question. Highly recommend!

  My autopay didn't go through one month and my policy got terminated and they wouldnt let me reinstate. On the app it never said pending cancelation, no phone call or email, just a postcard after it lapsed saying we need to talk to you. If you want to be treated like a human being go to another company

  Very UNPROFESSIONAL agent. Therefore, I flat cancelled the All-State auto insurance and decided to stay with Progressive. As this Agent, Paulette will refuse to help you with the God-awful/ tedious on-boarding sign-up process that All-state has. Moreover, Paulette proceeded to scold me as a new customer for interrupting her from enjoying her sons baseball game. After, I attempted the sign up process over 5 times on my own, but, the error message kept telling me to contact my agent. Wow, what a personal care experience?! After which, as retaliation, Paulette tried all she could to then try and cancel my progressive insurance so that I would be left as an uninsured motorist simply because I did not want to endure her unhelpful, rude and unprofessional behavior. FORTUNATELY, for me, Progressive is TOO professional a company to let that happen. So please DO YOURSELF a favor and choose another company other than Allstate. Or, at the VERY LEAST choose a different agent/agency than this one. Because, additionally, her staff will also hang up on you if you have concerns!
