  Alex D. Was the agent that helped me start a new policy with Direct Insurance. I found him to be very patient, informative and personable during our interactions. He answered all of my questions and got my insurance lowered but around $100 per month. It's a tremendous help in my life. I highly recommend calling in and speaking to someone because it saved me money compared to completing it myself online. It didn't take long at all and Alex was a lifesaver!
