I was frustrated and ready to just give up and go with another company. He restored my faith and happiness in my choice of going with direct. He listened to my problem. And helped me through it. - JPJanice PopeNov 18, 20255.0I gave direct Auto insurance of five because out of all the insurance companies that I have been through to try and get my insurance at a lower rate they were the only ones everybody else the shop here by here insurance people they were charging me ridiculous prices for insurance me being the age that I am but I work with direct auto insurance and they found me a very low reasonable price that I can deal with at my age and my driving record those other companies was ripping me off so I would recommend direct Auto insurance to anyone you have to give credit where credit is due
