  I went through 17 representative between 2/13-2/17 no one helped me i had so many dropped calls to promising to call back. Queen was the only one who helped me and kept her word of calling me back. She resolved a problem that 16 others couldn't or didn't try to do. Awesome Awesome job. Thank you.

  I highly recommend insurance agent Queen! She helped me set up my car insurance quickly and without any issue. She is the one of the best experts in this field! I had no driving experience but they handled my case properly and offered amazing price and quote. Thank you Queen, you are the best!

  I went to them W a suspended license and they took advantage of that, I didn't have time really to shop so since I been in the car business I know their more affordable than others. Mr. Lee decided he wanted to add life insurance and roadside assistance which I declined several times. I had to 550 down and 450 a month, and I couldn't understand why when I look at my paperwork.. I had the same things that I told him I DID NOT WANT. SO here I am 3 months later purchasing another insurance because he WILL NOT remove the coverages I DID NOT want. I believe due to this I should have a refund of the money I put down since I was not given the policy I asked for.. Mr. Lee sold me what was convenient for his commission.
