  At first I have Nathan O, agent from out of FL state. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He quoted me $95.20 for my first initial payment and rest of the monthly installment under $120 with auto payment and Dynamic drive app installment. Went to 4590 Kirkman road intersection with Conroy-Windermere office in person after a few failing attempts through their toll free number in the internet and I discussed AGAIN with agent Brianna W my frustrations, since my issue was still UNRESOLVED and what happened (the process) and she informed me in front of another agent in the office, in a nutshell that basically I had to pay the $143 for “not installing & following the process” basically I was at fault regardless of previously calling a few times, to resolve this issue, and NOBODY able to follow up with me, to get the issue resolve ONCE and for all. She mentioned that there was nothing left to do, except for me to pay the $143. I left disappointed AGAIN, since it was the right thing to do in a situation like this, as a customer to find another reasonable within my means auto insurance offers with agents with listening skills, and able to RESOLVE the issues. Agent Brianna called me back to my cellphone within the next 20 mins approx. that I left, to inform me this time, that she basically was researching (reading the comments etc communicating with the company and that if I pay the $143 the company will lower my monthly payments to $119 or less, obviously under the previous discussed condition of installing auto payments and Dynamic drive app as well. I asked her how much my monthly payment would be approx. ? she said she “could not know until I pay the $143 then the system will let her know, but $110 approx. I believe her, as a REPRESENTATIVE of Direct Auto Ins. After I pay the $143 when it WAS DIRECT AUTO INS management responsibility to resolved my issue, she came around with a different high monthly quote information price, of OVER $30. That was DECEITFUL and I let her know before I left, and that I will use different methods to KEEP sharing this awful experience as a FIRST TIME and LAST time customer. P.S someone from technology support dept should review if their security codes send to our emails, when following the process for security etc app installation, because YOUR codes to be “verified” are NOT working.
