  New to the area, but a long-time Allstate client (20+years). Thankfully we've had really great agents to work with at Allstate. Michael Carroll's agency continues that high standard of customer-centric practices and top-notch service. Always answer our calls, or call back immediately. Always try their best to completely respond to our inquiries. They've been a breeze to deal with. Always friendly, informative, and go above and beyond, to help us. My wife and I are both former insurance underwriters (not with Allstate). So we may have a better understanding of insurance and how it works, than most. That said, we've never felt pressured to attain more than our coverage needs. Moving from the west coast, to the south, and then to Florida, there were nuances to coverage and coverage needs in each state. Our Allstate agents were always great to work with in helping to keep up with our coverage needs and unique situations. Our move to the area, and being new to the state, brought a lot of concerns for insurance coverage. The team at Michael Carroll's office really took the time necessary to make sure we were taken care of, providing guidance processes, etc. We were referred to this agent by my elderly parents, whom are very, very picky, when it comes to where they give their business. We all highly recommend Allstate and Michael Carroll if you're in the Ocala/ Marion County area. You're not just a number. They treat you like a human being and like you matter. Things that are rarely expressed/ experienced within current societal norms.
