    ***** DO NOT WORRY I WILL BE ANSWERING YOUR RESPONSE. MR CAMERON.....AS PEOPLE CAN SEE THIS ISN'T THE 1ST TIME YOUR OFFICE HAS DONE THIS... To give this agent one star is actually generous of me . On August 14th, 2025, I remitted a payment of $5400 for a six-month policy. On September 15th, I discovered three letters in my mailbox. Upon attempting to access my account I couldn't, I proceeded to access my mail to open four refund checks my policies were cancelled. This cancellation also encompassed my homeowner's insurance policy. As this discovery occurred at 5 PM, the office was closed, prompting me to contact customer service. I was informed that no information could be provided, other than that my husband had initiated a policy cancellation my.vehicles and a new home where no longer insured, of course panic sets in. I had to call my previous agent obtain homwowners and vehicle policies at 10pm at night. The following day, I was contacted by Aiden, who informed me that my policy had been inadvertently canceled by an individual named Logan. Aiden stated that this cancellation occurred without prior confirmation via phone or email, which is particularly concerning given that the policies were fully paid and this was my second renewal with the company. Consequently, the office should have undoubtedly confirmed such a significant action. My new agent subsequently informed me that I incurred a lapse penalty due to a nearly 24-hour period without coverage. It is important to note that Mr. Cameron did not contact me at any point. Aiden agreed to facilitate the accommodation of the increased cost and adjust the coverage, enabling the new insurance company to issue a refund for the penalty on the new policy. Aiden provided assurance that all financial accommodations would be taken care of , A new policy from my previous agent was implemented, resulting in an additional charge. I sought a refund for the difference in policy costs, approximately $450.00. That's when Mr. Cameron subsequently contacted me, indicating that a refund would not be issued as a reinstatement offer had been extended. He also informed me that Aiden was responsible for the cancellation. policy and not Logan, I informed him of my intent to contact the Florida Attorney General's office and subsequently file an Errors & Omissions claim; however, he appeared unconcerned and dismissive. His sole response was a repeated assertion that the policy could have been reinstated, which is unacceptable. I would no longer place my trust in their services. The situation involved over $470,000 in uninsured collateral on the road and canceled homeowner's insurance during hurricane season, yet there was a complete lack of concern or any offer of accommodation, such as a gift card. I was compelled to instruct my daughter and husband to halt their travel due to the potential for an accident with uninsured vehicles. His recurring response was that they would have backdated and reinstated the policy, implying they would have assumed responsibility and paid a claim despite our apparent cancellation. Ultimately, no resolution was provided by them. It has taken me some time to document this, and I am now proceeding with a formal complaint. I strongly advise against utilizing this agent's services, as my experience could potentially be replicated for others. The absence of compassion, care, and responsibility he demonstrated was deeply concerning. He appears to be unaware of the significant damage this oversight could have caused had it gone unnoticed for a longer duration. Therefore, I urge you to carefully consider this account and remember that Google facilitates reviews to inform other potential clients. Imagine the legal issues i would of had to pay for to get this sorted had any type if lose had occurred. Again, don't let this happen to you.

    Had an appointment today to discuss medical insurance. Not only was I able to get great coverage, I also was able to bundle my car and home owners insurance, saving me hundreds of dollars.     Awful experience. Customer service was cold and unhelpful , you’re just a number to them,(customer of nearly ten years). Our policy was canceled because my son, who has his own plan and is deployed in the military and unable to change address, still used our address. He was in an accident while traveling to his duty station out of state, and the response was simply, “the underwriters canceled your policy.” My wife hasn’t had an at-fault accident in 35 years, and I’ve never had one. No one cared. Everyone I spoke with acted like their hands were tied. We switched to a reputable company and are saving several hundred dollars every six months for the same coverage. Don’t waste your time or money here , shop around.
