I had an excellent experience working with my life insurance agent, Kelsey Holder, and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best coverage for my needs.
Kelsey took the time to clearly explain all of my options, answered every question I had with patience, and made what could have been a confusing process feel simple and stress-free. I never felt pressured to choose a specific policy—instead, she helped me understand the benefits of each option so I could make a confident decision for myself and my family.

Jessica was absolutely amazing to work with! She made the entire insurance process feel easy and stress-free. we had been with angie lewis for a few years, all great until recently when we had to request to change agents. numerous occasions both my husband and I could never get anyone to answer the phone, voicemails and texts were left with no return. we had to get proof of insurance for a new camper placed on a certain date (and of course that date no one answered the phones until we had another state farm company call to see if they could get someone to answer). In the past we always had great customer service but it has seem to gone downhill. I had called in to request declaration pages of my policy (both personal and business) and the girl on the phone seemed bothered that i had called for this. she tried to tell me i could do it myself in the app, (which i couldnt access the business policy in). In the past it had been no problem to call in for a request (isnt that what youre there for?) , but this time she acted as if it were a burden. Lastly, we were surprised to find that a prior employee was still on the business policy (we had called to request that person be removed moths ago) and seems they were never removed, we only realized when we looked at our recent mailing and saw his name on there, when asked for the second time for his name to be removed, our rates went down. So we had been paying $xx for someone to be on our policy that shouldnt have been.
