From the receptionist to my agent, Drayke McPhillips, my questions and problems are immediately and thoroughly addressed. I feel valued as a customer and no longer dread doing insurance work. Drayke makes figuring out the right policy painless. He takes the time to answer every question. With his experience, he can guide you to good decisions for your circumstances.   Ben has been working with me for awhile to take care of myself and my daughter Lauren. He has always been so helpful, courteous and professional. Gary was available to sign the forms actually switching over and he made the process seamless and easy to complete. Gary was so nice and patient. Thank you both so much. I should’ve done this earlier. I would’ve saved thousands of dollars!

  They are not good neighbors, don't let the jingle fool you. My 18 yo daughter received 2 tickets on our family policy so they dropped my other daughters car who didn't get any tickets, now they have dropped all of our policies with no call, notification or documents in the portal stating this, we called them when we discovered we didn't have access to a needed insurance id card. Nearly $10,000 paid to statefarm every year for the past 6 years and we are getting punished and dropped for 2 tickets from an 18 yo driver. No notice! $60,000 gone. ***In response, my address, email and phone number are correct, so don't blame me. If you're gonna put statefarm on your sign then you TAKE CREDIT FOR WHAT THEY DO AND DONT BLAME THEM WHEN YOU TAKE money for services you don't intend on providing. Such a COP-OUT to blame someone else but use their name to sell insurance to your customers. I have a video of statefarm admitting over the phone we were being punished for something they couldn't provide details on (still unknown) still no call no nothing except this response to I assume to protect your image. The $60000 policy paid out less than $120 for the life of this policy.
