Jade was a wonderful help in explaining our policies and the new changes coming for lower rates as State Farm is coming out with a new updated rating program. I had a great experience working with Shyanne Fickett. She helped me save a significant amount on both my auto and motorcycle insurance, which I truly appreciate. It’s not always just about the money—it’s about building a relationship with someone you trust and knowing they genuinely care about their profession and helping others. She was kind, personable, patient, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was how she went above and beyond—she even stayed on the phone with me while I canceled my old policies to make sure everything went smoothly. I have been with State Farm Insurance for decades. I have always been pleased with their professionalism, attention to detail, and their customer service. This past week after receiving my new policy documents, I noticed something different. I called the office, and spoke to Cailin Cruze. Cailin did a lot of searching, and discovered what the issue was. She quickly resolved the issue. I can't say enough about Cailin. She went above and beyond!! If you have any problems/ issues regarding your policy, I highly recommend you contact Cailin. She is absolutely Amazing!! If I could give her more than five stars, I would!!

Jade and Shellee were very helpful, polite and prompt in assisting us with finding the right home policy for our needs. They both far exceeded our expectations especially after some dismal experiences with other insurance companies.

A very wise person once told me " You don't bargain hunt for the professional people in your life. People like Doctors, Lawyers, Accountants, and yes your Insurance provider. I am now into my seventh year of doing business with Angie Lewis State Farm Agency. They are always working to help me with the right coverage and what is important for me. Today I spent some time with Ms. Jade Webby, and we reviewed my coverage, and what was changing in the industry and the State of Florida that I needed to be aware of. She was knowledgable, prepared and made me feel like I was her only customer. As part of the Angie Lewis team, she reinforced my decision to trust my car and home and golf car with this very well run insurance agency.
Keep up the good work. You absolutely should visit the office at least once, it is a landmark building that is stunning and makes me feel like I am in someones home.
