I wanted to leave the gouging “Geico” but wasn’t sure I could navigate the transition, being a senior citizen. I filled out a form on line. This SUPER TEAM at State Farm reached out with positivity and helpfulness. Provided me a side by side comparison showing the difference between the 2 companies. The irony is when I called Geico to cancel my policy that I’ve held for 10++ with that company, and the “G”agent said “well let me do this and that and oh yes this too in order to not lose you. With disdain I said, you mean to tell me I was paying more than I had to, ALL THESE YEARS!?!? TOO LATE and it turned me off immensely. I couldn’t even listen to that agent and whatever they were going to do to help me. The State Farm staff reached out to me and made the Transition not only cost-effective but explained what I needed to do.
