  Over the past few weeks, I’ve called 6–8 times on different days regarding multiple issues. Not once has anyone answered, and not once has my call been returned. This isn’t a one-off situation. it’s a consistent pattern of zero communication. What makes this even more frustrating is that when I call other local Allstate offices, someone either picks up immediately or returns the call promptly. So this clearly isn’t an Allstate-wide issue. IT’S THIS OFFICE. On top of that, my previous Allstate office sent emails that looked like outright scam messages complete with unprofessional profile images and signatures that made multiple people question their legitimacy. That should never happen with a company handling sensitive financial and insurance information. At this point, I’ve lost confidence entirely. I’m canceling my policy and will not be using or recommending Allstate moving forward. “Allstate – Are you in good hands?” In my experience, absolutely not, because I have Allstate.
