Unfortunately, I did not have the same good experience as others at JAMAS Allstate.
Unfortunately, I got a new agent who was changing careers and all she was doing was looking for a sale, Not taking care of the customer looking out for herself, Not the customer.
Spoke with an agent for two days going over quotes. I explained several times when I wa asked “do I want their app that monitors your driving and I absolutely told her no several times.
I called ahead to the office to let them know I’d be coming by to switch to Allstate. Upon arriving the agent went through the quote again and said “you would like the app that monitors your driving correct?”
I stated no, I absolutely do not , I told you several times on the phone I do not want it.
That’s what she was quoting to me to show the better , Without telling me she was including that discount.
Sad after having great conversations over two calls talking about life and insurance, She blew the whole thing by lying to me.
She has a lot to learn about Customer Service.
