After moving to Naples Florida four years ago the first person I dealt with at the local Allstate office was Nicole Carr. She was as pleasant, kind and thoughtful as anyone could be. She explained everything to me and took a lot of time to answer all of my questions. Since that original encounter with her four years ago, each year when I talk with her to go over my policies, she has consistently remained the same wonderful person to deal with and now she is the Office Manager! All I can say is that Allstate is lucky to have her and if I owned a business, I would want her working for me. You can't go wrong dealing with her!

Nicole Carr was a true professional. She was friendly, efficient and very patient. She helped my mom save money on her new policy and get a refund from the former carrier since it was switched over ahead of the policy end date.

She said she doesn’t make mistakes that she’s done this for 20 years. She claimed they record the phone calls and could prove she didn’t make a mistake but they refuse to provide the recordings. The agency refuses to correct the error. Worst experience and customer service.
