We reached out to the Varnadore agency because a family member had what we thought might be a somewhat difficult insurance situation. We were connected with Stevie whose professionalism and personal demeanor immediately put us at ease. She intently listened to our questions and then not only provided the answers and information we were seeking but did so in a manner that made us feel she truly was listening and wanted to be of assistance, not just "sell a policy". With Stevie's help, our family member was able to obtain the coverage they sought at a substantial savings as compared to their former carrier. In the process, we interacted with others at the agency and every person with whom we spoke was as diligent and pleasant as Stevie. That says a lot about the entire office.
