When setting up my home and car insurance policies, she asked questions to make sure that the coverage met my needs and was what I was looking for. I also have a young driver on my policy and was surprised by how much money I saved. Every time I've called or visited her office, everyone has been extremely helpful. I am more than satisfied, very confident in their expertise, and will continue to refer my family and friends to Melinda's agency. I highly recommend them.

I made several, more than necessary, calls concerning rates and coverage. I was informed my FL license was suspended do to no INS. I had full EVERYTHING! I physically had to prove my INS, and…. Called to inform Allstate, Melinda, I was told when called it was my fault do to the Co Name. I left Allstate, Melinda, and found better coverage at a better rate. After leaving I received a check for premium overpaid. I received a notice in the mail I owed an additional month premium. I did not respond. It’s now been reported on my credit. Litigation is coming up. They don’t have a handle on it. Go with SateFarm!!!
