- AHAUTUMN HOGANMar 23, 20231.0I called this office in September 2022 requesting a quote on HOI and flood insurance. Never heard back. So i emailed them. I received an email back stating they did not find any information in their system regarding my request.. Fast forward to a 2023 - finally approaching closing on our house - I called again about a 3 weeks ago to get a quote. Gave ALL the information...and after a week and half I never heard back, so I called to follow up with my quote and was told that the person running it was out and would be back the next day. We are now on week 3, with no call back, no quote. We have been with Allstate for many years and moving to Florida. We ended up just calling another Allstate office because this one obviously doesn't care about taking on new clients.
