  I've had to change my auto policy from one that was too expensive Direct Auto is affordable and the insurance agent Tiffiney Pittman was very helpful in getting me the cheapest quote she was professional friendly and communicated well for me to understand what my needs were.

  0 stars recommended! Juan lead agent smiles and stalls to help until you tell him you will file a complain with the department of insurance. I ask to help. He proceeds to act sarcastic and smiling the entire time. Should come around and see. Where's the professionalism? Tells me not even the president could help me. While I express my frustration on being charged double. Request manager contact for further assistance, he acts like he does know. Continue to take unauthorized payments when autopay is set in a desired date. Causing customers to overpay double each month makes it difficult to trust to relying on as insurance. Don't waste your time. Disappointment is an understatement.
