  I have been with GEICO, All State, and Progressive all are high rates for my needs. So my daughter recommended this company and they got the price well below these others by half with the same coverage and with in my budget. They remind me when I left State Farm and got Insure One they were good too. Glad Direct Auto took a page from their book. More about what fits in to the customers budget and get them the best coverage possible. They aren’t trying to rip you off like State Farm, Geico, All State or Progressive. Progressive will say your at fault of a crash even if your completely stopped and the person who t boned you admits to police he changed lanes and caused the crash. Direct Auto understood it was a no fault crash as well as All State but they didn’t hit the pocket book like All State 680.00 is what All State was charging me. Direct Auto 280 a month. So yea a no brainer. I also want to thank Tiffiney Pittman not only did she help me get the best coverage on 4 cars but she also understood that I had two other drivers in the home who have their own insurance on their vehicles. She is the best. As to the 4 stars they actually deserve the five but everyone needs a little room to grow. As to Mrs Pittman she is amazing more than what a five start ranking I will always look forward to speaking with her in the near future if I need to ad or delete coverage.

  I've had to change my auto policy from one that was too expensive Direct Auto is affordable and the insurance agent Tiffiney Pittman was very helpful in getting me the cheapest quote she was professional friendly and communicated well for me to understand what my needs were.
