- ABAimee BuechnerMar 4, 20261.0When you need your agent caused you moved and the Nick Bravo has his phones forwarded to another agent that isn't even part of his team, makes it hard to conduct business.....which lead to a cancelation of our policy..... so when your in "Good Hands With Allstate" I call bullshit. Horrible agent and have to say company because nobody works together, separate teams, separate divisions and if you get sent to another team or division for help they can't help you. So bye bye Allstate we are out of your hands and on to someone who actually cares.

Be careful when you consider doing business with this office. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied / Disappointed ! I called them several times and now they say ALLSTATE NO LONGER WRITES new cases en Florida!! Very Careless customer service agency. Hope they can address this matter and be more precessional looking out for the best interest of their clients.
