- IGIna GetzoffApr 25, 20245.0I received a note from the Valerie Farmington Allstate Agency explaining that my Allstate agency in Stuart had closed and that Valerie was taking my account over. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Sheila and asked her to send me copies of my insurance card for my car as I had not yet gotten it. She did so very promptly. She called me back to make sure if I had gotten the e-mail and asked if there was anything else she could do. I said no and she wished me a good day and told me to let her know if I needed anything. She created turmoil , and personal loses in my personal life due to her unprofessionalism and inability to stay out of family conversations and involvement . If you’re looking for a professional business to consumer relationship I stand firmly and don’t recommend her .
