Was just trying to adjust my policy at first and add another car with a lower coverage amount. Instead, I cancelled. Honestly, I’m glad I didn’t have any claims during my time with them. It would have been IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with them. Please do yourself a favor and check out their competitors or another Allstate agency.

I’ve never had a claim on my home. Then when I found a better homeowners insurance company , Allstate gave me a very hard time with processing my refund. Worst customer service ever, even the managers were awful. I do not recommend Allstate homeowners insurance - Ramses Rivero’s office to anyone!
