  Great, as long as they are collecting money. Had 4 experiences with agent, the only good one was when they wrote the policies and collected money. When I had questions about the rate on renewal, their office was rude and unhelpful. "That's just the way it is, your rate changed." was the statement their agent stated. My last conversation, their representative stated some things that I questioned so I called Allstate corporate. What was said by the agency was in fact not correct at all, and directly contradicted what Allstate told me. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this agent!

  It was terrible, very expensive. I got the same coverage for a lower price at State Farm.

  I have been dealing with this company since 2014 .Good price for my House insurance. I cannot say enough about my agent Lizbeth Hernandez she is always there for me. She has helped me through many different things dealing with Insurance rules and regulations since my husband passed in 2023 ,and getting hit with a hail storm and alot of damage. She is always there for me .Promptly returns my phone calls ,e-mails ,helps me when making payments . She is always very kind and professional.

  The most worst experience ever quoted one price and then do a price switcheroo because the agent has absolutely no knowledge of the system and when I asked for a manager to speak to no one in management, gives you a call back. The prices Allstate have are great. They just need better. Representative working for them. The worst part is the agent would not acknowledge text messages nor emails that was provided with the rate. At one point, I was basically doing her job for her. So if you want, great rates, Allstate, if you want Horrible service go with Oscar Del Campo. And I’m giving you a $10 gift card to recommend people is not worth it for the over charges they cause you. Run from this agent!

  My experience with Oscar Del Campo’s Allstate office has been exceptional. Always a timely response with answers to all my questions. His staff is very knowledgeable about the products available. With that being said, they are always helping us find the best insurance for our needs year after year. I highly recommend Oscar Del Campo’s Allstate office.
