- SCSara CaroNov 22, 20231.0Horrible experience. Make sure you read your life insurance policy and have them explain all the terms thoroughly. My parents have been paying for a life insurance policy since the year 1996. We come to find out as my father has come of age, that there is nothing we can do since there is a clause under the policy due to his age but no one ever expressed this to him. Allstate is now still extracting the funds and he is not even going to retrieve the full amount for his policy of $50,000 only $13,000 because of his age. We thought the agency was working in our best interest but at the end it’s all business. This agent doesn’t even return my father’s calls. You should be ashamed of yourself.
