  I’ve been with this Allstate agency for several years, and today I called to add a new vehicle to my policy. The experience was excellent. Yaniela, who assisted me, was very knowledgeable and professional. She clearly explained all my options, was informative without being pushy, and made the entire process easy and pleasant.
