- AFAlvaro FonsecaAug 2, 20231.0Iam very disappointed with the service I got from this insurance agency they send me a letter asking me if I was happy with the rate I was paying , if so I did not have to reply to the letter when my insurance expired they increase the rate to $140 more a month for the two vehicles , so how could I possibly be in good hands when they turn around and increase my rate at will , so I canceled their service by getting another provider , no thank you very much .
