  Where do I begin. Dio was very patient and attentive to my needs. I have a new teenage driver and was so overwhelmed with the cost of insurance. Im was originally a progressive client with them for over 6 yrs. They could not work out the logistics to help with my new driver. But when I started working with Josiel he was so nice and explained everything step by step. After about 3 weeks going back and forth I was able to get a great coverage for my family. Thank you so much Dio for the awesome work you do. Allstate has a great person representing them. Keep up the great work. 👍

  It was very good and promising at the beginning, but the promise of a reduction in the monthly payment for using the Drivewise application turned out to be false. I only received a discount of about $90 dollar the first month I used it. After that, I continued using the application for few months, which monitors my driving behaviors, but I don't see any more discounts, even though my driving behavior was similar to that of the first month. Due to this I disconnected the application for a few months, and then Allstate contacted me to reconnect that application so I could benefit from the discounts, and so I did it again. No discount observed again, but after my conversation with one of the Allstate representatives on January 6, 2026, they indicated that I will receive the next reward after January 18, 2026, but as of today 02/09/26 I don't see any rewards or discounts (not even in the February payment. This is why I will check other companies.
