  I’ve been with this Allstate office since first getting my drivers license at 16 years old. I am now 60 and still with them. From father to daughter they have always been there to help whenever I have needed assistance. Service you can count on with a smile and caring environment! Trustworthy!!

  I had insurance here for over four years. Allstate itself can be frustrating because the website does not work very well unless you're using internet explorer. And the online statements are the exact same as the mail-in ones, which give you instructions on how to use the postal service but no the online portion, thought that's not hard to figure out unless you have an issue. This location has very friendly staff and was smooth most of the time I had it. I moved out of state a while back and instead of transferring my coverage and entirely new on was opened, then I was charged for another month on my cancelled account despite having already covered that month. Very hard to get in touch with after that for some reason. Not that big of a deal as it was less than eight dollars, but frustrating nonetheless.
