  Great experience with Jessica Lyng Insurance! This agency has a personal touch with their clients and staff! I had a really positive experience working with Jessica Lyng! The prices are very good and affordable, and everything was explained clearly. Amber was especially amazing—she was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. The whole staff is exceptional! Jessica makes everything easy and stress-free, truly making a difference in the insurance world! I highly recommend this insurance company if you’re looking for great service and good pricing!

  I would like to share my feedback regarding my most recent visit to the Jessica Lyng Allstate office. During my time there, I noticed a lack of awareness of customers in the lobby, as Mrs. Lyng felt is was necessary to openly berate a member of her team about their performance, or lack there of. Specifically, I observed comments directed at the employee regarding their degraded performance in generating sales and fulfilling their role as a sales agent. I’ve worked with numerous members of her team over the years and have had great experiences. Although I speak with Mrs. Lyng during community events, I’ve never gotten to work directly with her or her husband. After this experience I doubt their team’s excellent customer service, communication, and follow-up comes from either of them. This encounter changed my whole outlook on her firm. As a customer and fellow business owner, I expect leaders to model dignity, professionalism, and respect, to provide mentorship, and to create a supportive environment for their staff. I believe addressing these concerns would help improve the overall customer experience and the workplace culture. I fully intend on shopping my insurance policies elsewhere after seeing how the owner cares for her team and operates as a leader. Hopefully she finds a more positive way to mentor her team moving forward. Good luck with all your future endeavors Mrs. Lyng.

  Today I’d like to leave a review for Michelle at the Allstate office. I spoke to Michelle on the phone. She was professional, kind and courteous. She was able to help me with my auto insurance and my hurricane policy. After realizing my coverage needed to be adjusted. She was able to find me the best price for the coverage. I was Truly impressed with Michelle’s phone etiquette, and the way she took care of me as a customer. Michelle was able to ensure I had a reasonable policy for what I was looking for. Samantha is an asset to this Allstate office thank you for the amazing help. Sincerely Matthew M
