  Alma Almaraz was awesome to work with! She reviewed my policies and managed to get me double the coverage on my homeowners for only about $250 more a year, while also saving me over $800 a year on my car insurance. Super helpful, easy to talk to, and clearly knows what she’s doing. If you need an insurance agent, I definitely recommend reaching out to her :)

  Amazing experience working with Alma Retana from State Farm. I have been shopping for a new insurance company for my home and auto for months and no one came close to convincing me to switch until I spoke with Alma. Great customer service and people skills. She did not rush me nor make me feel like I had to take the policy. Just helped me build a bundle that covered all the basis.

  it was great talking to melvin! i really appreciate him touching base with me regarding my insurance needs. he was courteous and polite and was not pushy at all! i ended up signing with them (state farm) for my car insurance needs. i have referred 2 of my friends and one has already signed up with them for his car insurance!

  The best compliment I can give is sharing how amazing my experience has been with this State Farm office. From day one, they made me feel like family. That’s not something you find everywhere. What I truly love is that you can actually talk to a real person. No endless automated systems, just kind, patient, and knowledgeable people who genuinely care. Every time I call or walk in, I’m greeted with warmth and respect. They take their time, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable and understood. This office is so family-oriented. You can feel it in the way they treat you not like a policy number, but like someone who matters. I’ve never seen anyone upset there. The energy is always positive, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to Sam, such a go-to person and always so helpful! Joe, Lori, Ava, Ari, and the entire team (I’m sorry if I missed anyone!) truly go above and beyond. I highly, highly recommend working with them. If you’re looking for an insurance office that treats you like family and actually cares, this is the one. The Longwood Office- you all are the BEST❤️
