She helped us save on our homeowners insurance and has gone above and beyond in dealing with a difficult vehicle situation. When we made the switch to Allstate, we did so after Dave spent a half hour sitting down with us going over exactly what the coverage would look like. It made leaving our previous company an easier decision. I also love being able to have a local person to call vs. depending on a corporate center where people have no idea who you are!
