- PPPriscillaSep 19, 20251.0This office is of no help and lack knowledge. Their communication is awful. I wanted to close out a policy and have went around and around to get a direct answer. I was told all I needed to do was come in and sign a piece of paper. I get to the office 09/19/2025 at 1:30 pm to sign it and was then told I would need a voided check which I was never told that in the beginning. I even signed a docusign document to close the account and to allow the ach payment. This office is very unprofessional and unless you want a complete migraine and to deal with individuals that can’t properly communicate their business, stay far away from this office! Thank goodness my auto insurance is through a completely different agency.
