    I get so many spam calls, drives me crazy. But I did go online looking to lower my car insurance, so I figured I'd take a few calls just to see if I could get a lower rate. Lucky I took Scott's call! Not only did I save a ton of money, but Scott didn't keep me on the phone long and was really a pleasure to work with. Absolutely a win win!

    I've had my automobile insurance with Scott Savoia for years (previously with Vanns). I was buying a new car and called Scott from the car salesman's office, but I was transferred to an Indian call center! I put the call on speaker phone to see if any of the 4 people in the office could understand her!! I hung up, called back and reached the call center again, and AGAIN we couldn't communicate enough to get a new insurance card so we could drive our new car home. All good, though I called Progressive and I immediately got an English-speaking American, and we (my partner and I) combined our policy and saved $2,000 per year!!! That's a lot of money! I should thank them... if I had not reached the India call center, I would not have saved $2,000 a year.

    I can’t say enough good things about my Allstate agent Nevaeh. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions.Thanks to her, I was able to keep my policy with Allstate. I genuinely appreciate the time and effort she put into helping me. Highly recommend Nevaeh!!!
