- SPSusan PolitoJul 31, 20254.0Allstate had the best price for both our auto and homeowners insurance. The quote process was easier than most I called because their systems pull in much of the information from publicly available sources, requiring little input from me. They were also the most responsive in providing quotes. The only negative was that I did not realize that the auto policy included a discount for utilizing their app (thus the 4-star rating), which monitors driving habits. The app must be used by all drivers and my husband values privacy and didn't want to use the app. Thus, I expect our rate will increase at next renewal when the discount is removed. All in all, I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family. This is saying a lot, considering that I spent 40+ years as a property/casualty insurance agent and worked only for Independent agencies. Allstate and other 'direct writers' were always our competiton.

Couldn't have been happier with the folks at Nicholas Bouffard Insurance, they were very helpful in getting things set up with our new auto insurance and for the same coverage that we had with Amica, they were substantially less expensive. They were very professional with no high pressure sales, I would certainly recommend this agency for you insurance needs. Give them a shot!
