  I recently overheard Leanne assisting a customer at Direct Auto, and I was genuinely impressed by how she handled the entire interaction. She stayed calm, professional, and incredibly organized while walking the customer through their options. She explained everything clearly, made sure the customer understood each step, and kept the conversation friendly and efficient. It was obvious she knows her job well and truly cares about helping people feel confident in their coverage. Watching her work showed me how dedicated she is to providing great service.
