First we found that the vehicle insurance was increasing significantly so we compared pricing with other companies. We decided to change our vehicle coverage to another company and spoke with mr. Connell to this point. He was arrogant and rude with my wife as he insisted that she read the coverages from the new company back to him line-item by line-item. Telling her she was comparing apples to oranges and did not understand the policy. Bottom line she ended up being right we switched companies for the vehicles and left our home insurance in place for two years. We then found another company for our home with exact same coverage Apples to apples! While mr. Connell spoke to my wife he was frustrated and asked"what about customer loyalty"we could say the same we never made a claim and the prices we're increasing significantly. We waited until now to leave the review we are sure his office is in our rear-view mirror. Thanks
