  I called to have a my policy review since my son join the military no longer live with us, and agent Ashly attend my phone call very rue and starting to yelling me through the phone a one point that I do not need this, and i ask for someone else's to assist me, i do not want to talk this person anymore, all i want is my account review. Offices Manager Nico very nice listen and help me through my needs. 5 start for agent Nico.

  Missy was my account manager and really went above and beyond! She guided thru the process of obtaining home insurance for a purchase I made in Lakeland. Missy recommended an inspection company and assisted greatly in getting all the details completed to get me exactly what I needed. Great job!

  Great experience with Braden at State Farm! He made switching my insurance quick and easy at the lowest rate. When I ran into an issue, he called me back the next day and walked me through everything step by step. Very responsive, patient, and knowledgeable — highly recommend working with him!

  We’ve been with State Farm for nearly 50 years and I can’t say enough about this office. Ashley goes above and beyond from proof of insurance to creating an entirely new policy. I love her she really makes me feel like I’m part of a family that treats its members kind with a sense of urgency to handle any problem or need that may arise. Thank you Mike for having such great staff. Don’t know what I’d do without Ashley’s help sometimes.
