I was car shopping an just getting quotes initially while shopping for new insurance as well. From the very min here an I spoke, she was so polite, nice an so very helpful from multiple different quotes to just random questions I had of my own. An even though we didn't get things taken care of the first time me calling, when we spoke again it was the exact same as my first conversation with her and we got things taken care of beyond my expectations. The rates she got me blew Progressive out by a long shot. If your looking for a new insurance policy, have questions etc I highly recommend calling Missy she is located in the harden blvd state farm office if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I wish all insurance companies had agents that would make sure to contact you in your emergencies that most of the time aren’t theirs. I distinctly recall a hurricane that was about to hit her coast and not mine. I could tell she was under the weather but we conducted business as usual. There is only a few occasions that you can recognize someone so it’s noticed. Ashley is State Farm and as long as she is, we are State Farm
