  I called and spoke with Julia and asked for help with a very specific problem. She did not solve the problem and she did not follow up. I’ve over paid for car insurance all this time because they don’t pay attention. They should have caught that my license was suspended at my last renewal and picked up the phone and called me. Unbeknownst to me I paid double what my car insurance should have been and continued blissfully unaware that I had a suspended license. The new insurance agent at State Farm was above and beyond helpful. At this point it’s not even about price. It’s just someone doing the bare minimum to help.

  Julie Jackson couldn’t be honest if her life depended on it. She will look in your eyes and boldface lie. Would have respected her if she told the truth, instead of lying and making me jump through hoops, right after major back surgery, only to drop me. Allstate no longer wanted to insure my Old Florida house after 35+ years.
