  Ariel went out of her way to help me. She was patient, listened and made the effort to contact corporate offices to secure any answers she could not provide instead of simply passing me on. She resolved my issue that was not solved in previous calls to the office. On top of providing high-quality customer service, she was friendly and a pleasure to talk to. BTW the State Farm website is frustrating, absolutely no help, hard to navigate, and next to useless. So thanks for Ariel. She is an asset to your office.

  I had just gotten off the phone with a different agency in town and was considering switching insurance companies due solely to the fact that the person I had just talked to – twice, because I figured that agent and I must be misunderstanding each other – was just not helpful. It was discouraging. Anyone reading this has to know what a process it is to find an insurance company you feel really does have your best interest at heart. I was starting to feel doubt insuring my "vacation car" with State Farm here in FL solely on my experience with the agent I'd previously spoken to at a different office. When I sat there and thought about how much risk I thought I was taking by randomly choosing another Insurance company (I have other State Farm policies in my home state as well), I gave it the good old college try and called Bart Blessing's office. Speaking of blessings, I got Nikki on the phone, and she was a true representation of my experience so far with State Farm. She made me feel heard, she understood very well my situation, and she was able to quickly, easily, and skillfully do things the other agent said weren't even possible, even though my home state agency had assured me they definitely were. I didn't even have to ask, it simply occurred to Nikki based on what I'd told her, and she just did what needed to be done and then some. Nikki, thank you for making me feel taken care of today. A company of State Farm's caliber is absolutely lucky to have a professional like you.
