They are honest and have saved me approximately $500 by “bundling” my condo and auto policies! They take the extra time to answer all questions throughly so there are “no hidden fees”! I highly recommend Allstate and this office in particular.

I've been with Allstate a long time, I've never missed a payment and always payed in full. While trying to talk to the representative (Chad, he would not give me the rest of his name) he got upset because I pointed out that they were charging me for a period during which I already had new coverage. Chad then hung up the phone! It's not the type of service I expect from a top-notch company, it feels like something scammers would do. I have no confidence in Allstate anymore.
