She provided excellent customer service from start to finish—taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and making sure I felt confident every step of the way. Lori was extremely helpful, professional, and polite, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.   I was referred by a family member to contact Justin Puerto Pernice. He was wonderful to talk to and was able to provide me a better deal then my prior insurance. He was willing to work with me and run different quotes to best suit my needs.
